***Please note that we only handle questions and comments about the items offered on this website. If you have questions, concerns or suggestions about the Jayco recreation vehicle you currently own; or are considering the purchase of a Jayco RV, please contact Jayco in the following manner:

1. Contact a Sales Representative or Service Adviser at your local selling/servicing dealer.  
2. If your question or concern remains unanswered, please contact Jayco at 574.825.5861 or info@jayco.com.

Canadian Shipments

Please be aware that we will only ship items via UPS.  USPS is not available to use and if it is selected during check out you will be contacted before your item(s)
ship to have your order terminated and or changed.  US dollars are the only acceptable form of payment.  You are also responsible for paying any Canadian delivery fees and or taxes assessed by your Government when your product is delivered.  Please note that there may also be delays in getting your items in a timely fashion due to the Customs process. 

Returns Policy

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund (minus the shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee) pending if the merchandise is returned in the original packaging within 30 days.  Please contact Elaine Ireland at (866)259-7112 ext 5 or email Elaine@apimage.com for an authorization number and return address.
